Price and Payment

3P Computer Retains title of goods until full payment is received. PST & GST extra.

Product Returns

No Cash refund. No returns after 10 days. 15% restocking fee on items returned within 10 days of invoice date. Products have to be returned in new resalable condition, including original packaging, manuals and cables. Etc. Products which are special orders by 3P Computer are not returnable.

Product Warranty

1 year parts & 3 years labor warranty on new hardware only (not including software) . 30 days limited warranty on used products. Replace items must be accompanied with invoice and properly packed within 30 days. Remove stickers will be voided warranty. All Intel, AMD CANON, Epson, HP and other specified products must be returned directly to their respective manufacturer for warranty service.

3P Computer is not responsible for your software licenses. 3P Computer shall not be liable for any software problems, lost profits, loss of use, lost data.
